Returns & Exchange Policy:

When an item is purchased on OneToSaveMany.com, donations are sent almost immediately.  For this reason, we do not allow any returns.  In the event you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will cover all associated costs with getting you a replacement!

Because 100% of profit from every order goes directly to charity, we do not make any money to cover costs associated with customer ordering errors.  If you made a mistake when ordering (size, color, item), please understand you are responsible for all associated shipping costs for the exchange.
